First the good news, Great London location and low cost rooms clean but very small. Now the bad side you had to be 3 meters tall to reach the shelf and hangers in the small area. Noisy at times when management shouted at staff in the office as the walls were very thin.

The hotel is in a good position and the staff are kind and helpful. The room was nice and quite small. Unfortunately the room was not 100 percent clean, the window was drafty and the place got very noisy at night, because some people upstairs sang and spoke loudly until early morning. I don't think we will stay there again

My stay at Chester Hotel was OK. The only negative I had was had I not brought tea bags I would not have had any. Also the milk was a bit tight and when I asked I only got 3. However they did allow me to check in early. But in their own interest they should make sure there is enough of tea and coffee making supplies in room and toilet paper

Though it was small, humid and not exactly clean, it did it's job and the location was excellent.

Not bad for the money, although no drawers/wardrobes in the rooms and no kitchen for breakfast. Some cracks in the walls and a bed sheet marked which we asked to be changed. Very up-to-date bathroom with hot water, good TV and nice room size. Great location for tourist attractions and pubs/bars. Would recommend to those on a budget.
