The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, but the room was extremely small and not very clean. Staff was not very friendly and breakfast was not included

Great location, and friendly service. Very disappointed with the room. It looked like the sheets weren't cleaned or the bathroom, there was a bottle of half drank alcohol on the windowsill, dirty shoes and socks under the bed. So obviously not cleaned very well at all. Also there was construction going on in the room above so our room was very dusty and we came back to find our window open, which of course scared us as all our belongings were in there

Very bad experience. I requested a double bedroom room with private bathroom. The room was very small, the bed can hardly be called as a double bed. The bathroom was smaller than toilet in the trains. Very dissatisfied

The rooms at Chester Hotel Victoria were clean. The water digester was old and hardly calcified. The water pressure for showers was rarely poor and took up to five minutes to be warm. The service personal was kindly

Quite a small room with dampness. Tea and Coffee were provided but the drinking glass were unclean. Employees were nice and welcoming, the location excellent as it was near Victoria Station and there was a huge Sainsbury's just behind the corner. We had a shared bathroom, which at times were a bit dirty and unkept. Exceeded my expectations and would stay again when in London
