Great room, very clean, spacious room and a well staff. To finish, it's very easy to get to central London with underground (10 minutes max).

I was very disappointed with this B&B. Our room was so tiny and so was the bathroom. This I could have dealt with however, if it wasn't for the filth. The tiny sink had scum all around it and quite frankly, even if I could have fitted comfortably in the shower, I wouldn't get in it for fear of picking something up that didn't belong to me. The bed was covered with what looked like a VERY old blanket that had never seen the inside of a washing machine (or similar)so was immediately discarded. There was also a puddle on top of the carpet, inside the hallway, about three feet from the back door that led out to the car park. Not very pleasant. This was my first time visiting in this particular area. I will return to the area, but will most definately not stay at Charlies Hotel and would recommend that none of your future customers stay there either. I can deal with a number of circumstances, but simple cleanliness, to me, is paramount

Fair value for little money. Affordable hotel in quiet neighbourhood. A tidy place to sleep, a bathroom with shower & toilet and a solid English breakfast - if that's all you need on your trip to London, book at Charlie's hotel. Stayed here 3 nights with my son on his first trip to London. A ten-minute walk takes you to Tufnell Park Tube Station with excellent connections. (E.g., to Charing Cross in less than 15 minutes)

I have to say, this hotel was appalling. The room was tiny, a 4 foot bed in an alcove that only just fitted the bed. The TV was unviewable due to it's location. The TV cable was stapled to the wall right across thenroom. The bathroom had no door. There were no light fittings and the bedside lamp was a shaving lamp, so therefore you could not read by it. The wardrobe door had one handle, the other was broken and sharp. Outside the window we were greeted with the owners underwear hanging on the line. There was no kettle in the room. The full english breakfast consisted of either toast OR bacon and eggs. This accompanied by a black substance which I was told was coffee. Not alot, I agree but it was a nightmare and a terrible experience for visitors to London.

B and B was pretty basic and rooms were small but overall good value. Nice breakfast - eggs and bacon!
