| To be honest I really had a nice time at Channins Hounslow Hotel, but some things could be improved e.g. Breakfast needs to be a bit more flexible. The staff were quite pleasant |

| Was very impressed with the room, everything was extremely clean and to our standards. All areas of Channins Hounslow Hotel were also clean. All staff friendly and helpful. CCTV operated car park was great. Only fault was TV had no reception until I reported it but apart from that was extremelly enjoyable. |

Staff is nice and helpful,
rooms may be small but comfortable and clean - fresh towels daily. Continental breakfast satisfying. Stayed there 7 days and I must say I was very satisfied.
PS: Some rooms are in the basement, but I think they get enough light. |
