On the first day we were given a humid room in the basement but the next day, after my request, we got another room and it was ok. The staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast very simple but ok. The rooms were cleaned daily. I cannot complain, considering the low price and the facilities nearby

Travelled with 2 children. Very good value for money London hotel. Room was small but very nice. Bathroom/shower was very basic but adequate. Brekfast was ok. Only 10 minute walk from Feltham Train Station and shopping centre. Will book Channins Hounslow Hotel again

It is clean. Basic. Rooms are small and adequate. 25 minutes from central London on the underground with a short taxi to Hatton Cross. Also 25 minutes by underground to Heathrow. Breakfast is continental with toast, jelly, coffee, tea and cereal. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I would stay again

Clean and tidy room. Got my money's worth. Only fault was that there weren't any movie channels and the shower is a bit too small. Nice staff. Considering booking another room soon

I was completely happy staying at Channins Hounslow Hotel. The room was 100% satisfactory and I would class it as good as a 3 star hotel. Easy location to find and everything that I needed travel-wise was only a stone's throw away. Staff very professional and any concerns I had were greeted with open friendly responses. I will recommend to others for sure. A really good enjoyable stay

I have stayed at the Channins Hounslow Hotel on two occasions purely for business as I work in the city. I have not been able to take up breakfast as despite this being continental does not start till 7 a.m. but as value for money goes - I cannot complain

This hotel was cheap I would not stay there again I wish I would have found somewhere else and paid a bit more

Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast served early for those needing an early start, room cleaned every day, plus parking. Very reasonable cost, would be glad to recommend it. Though close to airport, I didn't really notice the planes
