We stayed at the Caswell Hotel for 4 nights. The room was very small with a 'not so clean' carpet. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was basic, cereal and toast. Having said all that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for all the attractions and close to Victoria Underground. This London hotel was very good value for money and suited all our needs

Regarding the price and the location, the hotel perfectly met our expectations. Room (No. 12) and bathroom are very small but clean and quiet, staff friendly and breakfast even a little better than hoped for (included toasts, jam, coffee, tee, but also croissants, muesli, apples and orange juice). Good for the night if you are spending the rest of your time in the city or on the road

We had a good time at Caswell Hotel. Though the room was small and inventory quite old, it was tidy and calm. It's near Victoria Station, just 15 minutes by foot

Hotel was fantastic, was quite sceptical in the beginning then upon arrival and experiencing my stay, the team at Caswell has done a wonderful job. Reasonable price, with all necessary services available. Glad i picked Caswell for my stay at London. The one small problem we faced is, locating Caswell which took us sometime but apart from that, it is a good place for those with restricted budget
