For a very low price it's comfortable, clean, quiet and not far from the centre of town

Good secure car park! On first inspection everything seemed quite well at the Beerbridge Annex. Later we got a Taxi from it to our destination of SECC. He was alarmed that we'd never heard of the area we were staying in before, as it's apparently one of the worst places in all of Great Britain! Fortunately though, we had no problems! (although when we arrived back there were a few police vans outside our accommodation!) When we got back we discovered the heater didn't work....the wires had all been ripped out off the wall, along with the socket and the wires simply twist connected back to one another not to the right wires. Our smoke detector was missing from the roof, though the base remained there! With many messages stating we would be fined if any fire safety equipment were to be touched. Plus sides: Good security Good car park and security Friendly staff Closeish to shops Quite quiet considering. Comfy enough bed Cheap

Excellent accommodation for the price, reception staff helpful. Kitchen is clean, but a bit short of pans, utensils, cutlery
