Was very pleased with our room at Astors Hotel. Just wish I had it on a lower floor as the stairs was hard for me to walk up. Breakfast was delicious as well. Many thanks TravelStay. Amy

Astors Hotel is in a very good location. Hotel room was clean and big according to British standards. Good breakfast. However, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow. Breakfast /reception room very small. Helpful staff

Lovely room at Astors Hotel. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Very close to the train station which was a blessing after a long journey. Thank you

Astors Hotel was spotlessly clean, warm and friendly. The room was well maintained. Only minor problem was that the room safe would not reset. We didn't need it and didn't report it. The bed was too soft and sagged to the middle, which was reported on check out

Stayed at the Astors Hotel for two nights, my room was a lot bigger than expected, the location is great and the staff are friendly. Will be staying here again

The rooms were small and I had to go up three flights of stairs with two suitcases as there were no lifts. Not all of the equipment was working and I had to keep the window open throughout the night as it was too warm. The breakfast room was also very tiny and full every time we went down to eat

A bit drab and old looking so not that great physically but overall a good little place for a stop over in London as I needed to be near Victoria Coach Station.

I found Astor hotel extremely convenient from Victoria coach station. It was clean & all the members of the staff were helpful. I would like to re-book on my next visit to London

First impression: walking down the street looking for our 4 star hotel we walked past it as it looked like all the other houses and guest houses. I expected something more identifiable. On entering, we were presented with a corridor doors and a staircase. It took a few moments to try to work out where the reception was. It was through one of the doors. This was a somewhat small room with breakfast tables in a row and a reception desk. Not at all what I would have expected! The service given was friendly. The room: the twin room was well decorated and clean but very small. The two beds were right next to each other and my friend and I joked that we may as well have booked a double. The bathroom was small and cramped. The TV was oddly placed; flat, high up and to the very right of the room, which did not make viewing comfortable from the left hand bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. The hotel was noisy. We could hear every step taken on the creaky staircase and steps taken above. I could actually hear my neighbour urinating in their toilet above and the flushing. There was a good variety of available food for breakfast, but the taste was underwhelming; especially the coffee and the very hard boiled eggs.
