My quilt and sheet are clean. Staff are friendly. Two weakness are: The breakfast is the same all the time. It could be changed every other day. Room is a bit cold in autumn. If the hostel can turn on a heater, it will be warm

In general, the Astor Victoria was very good with very friendly staff. One issue is that I've noticed the cleaning is not as good as it used to be (especially the toilets). A real pity since all the other things are pretty good.

Well, I was there staying at your hostel only for 2 days but I had a wonderful time. Everybody was helpful and courteous. Next time not only me but I would also recommend my friends to stay at your hostel. Thank you.

I stayed 1 night only, the place is very clean for a hostel, very helpful staff, they have all the basic facilities you will need for free (such as hot shower, internet, breakfast, linen, blanket and pillow etc.). Location is very easy to find, especially good if you need to catch train or coach at Victoria Station

Friendly staff but twin room for 60 pounds (for two) a night was tiny and quite dusty, breakfast was very simple with people using their hands to grab cheese and ham. As a hostel it was ok but too expensive for what you get.
