I have never stayed anywhere so dirty. I felt like we were squatting for the night at 37 Collingham Place. It was noisy, dirty and the shower didn't work properly. The shower was dirty too; you wouldn't want to get in it. Mould everywhere! Cables everywhere! The fridge didn't work! Overall, disgusting.
Friendly staff, clean rooms good value for money and close to local underground
I stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was ideal for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Earls Court tube station is in easy walking distance from the hotel, as well as the National History museum. Would have been good if there was breakfast but was a comfortable place to stay in London at a good price
