Poor customer service from receptionist, he had a very condescending attitude in the way he spoke and his general attitude. the room and shower were extremely small and not what I expected. in a nut shell the room was over priced. i am definitely not pleased at all and wont be patronizing this hotel again. thank you.

Dylan Earls Court is good enough if you just need a place to sleep while being in London. The bedsheets and towels were fresh and clean, there was hot water and basic cosmetics in the bathroom, the receptionist was nice and friendly and it was close to the underground station (zone 1). The room is indeed small, the bathroom door don't close properly and few more minor disadvantages but all in all it is an OK place

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful at Dylan Earls Court. Pointed me out to a good dry cleaner when I needed one. Took care of maintenance issues immediately. Building is very clean, well maintained. 5 min walk from Earls Court Tube Station, and several great pubs and restaurants

As a budget place to stay, this one isn't bad. Rooms are small, and slightly worn, but bear in mind it is a budget London hotel. Not for people who want a spa and a king size bed. The room was pretty clean, the toilet and shower worked ok, and there was (just) enough crockery and cutlery provided to cook a bit. Instructions for the 'mini-kitchen' could have been clearer, though. Good value as a budget place to stay and remarkably well situated. Definitely not a 'flash' hotel, though, so bear in mind it's basic accommodation

We arrived on Wednesday evening late, the room we were first offered was tiny, more like a 'broom cupboard'! Eventually he offered us a new room. A bit better but nothing to write home about and certainly wouldn't stay there again. Took us about an hour to find parking!

When we first came in through the door, it already stinks of cigarette. We were very disappointed as the room was not as nice as I was expecting.. The room's walls are peeling, the carpeted floor is dirty with black marks on you wouldn't want your feet to touch them. The pillows and bed stinks of cigarette as well. Not suitable for sleeping especially if you've got a 6 yr old and a 2 yr old who were not able to sleep very well, because the whole room and the bed smell like cigarette stink. One thing that's ok was that the bathrooms were clean and they did provide the towels too. When we checked out we asked if we can leave the baggage and come back for them later on, yes you can but they're charging £10 for it! All in all, it was a bad experience for us especially for my 6 yr old hotel critique. He was actually looking forward to sleeping in his own bed and not go to a hotel anymore.

Dylan Earls Court was a lovely place to stay. Close to everything, it was clean and comfortable as well as very affordable. They have lovely showers and the street it is in is relatively quiet area. I would definitely go back

Rooms were small but perfect for us, the only thing was it was in the basement and was extremely hot! Lovely area where Dylan Earls Court is situated, close to metro
