Nice clean room, but quite uncomfortable and really noisy duvets!! Got very little sleep over 3 nights due to inconsiderate guests slamming doors and talking loudly outside our door all throughout each night. Really dirty loo and shower, I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be back. Handy for the train station though

The room was big and comfortable. No soap or towels though! But at the price I didn't complain

Dirty. Too many interior doors which slammed shut every ten minutes, noisy toilet fan, someone who knows the room code entered my room at around ten o'clock at night. Very little sleep at the Pay & Sleep. Found much nicer accommodations just around the corner for less money and more extras

You get what you pay for and a little more! A very good place to stay if you just want somewhere to sleep during the night so you can go into London during the day, as it is only 2 mins walk away from Southall Train Station. Room is basic but adequate, breakfast is nice to wake up to, although some bacon/sausages would've been nice! Overall, I would recommend this for those who need a bed and not much more

I was very pleased with the Pay and Sleep Heathrow. It was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly and its locatrion in zone 4 right next to the train station was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone else who wants a cheap hotel that is very accesible to central London, thank you

Nice freshly painted rooms. Fridge and many blankets in the room as well. Nice breakfast; toast, eggs, beans and cereals. Very central just opposite the train station. It costs £5.5 for the train to Southall and £2 for the bus, take no. 482 from Heathrow airport

Good standard for good price. Ideal if you want to explore London or just need to sleep somewhere before your flight. Breakfast is nothing special. Good and fast connection to the city center from the Pay and Sleep Heathrow.

Accommodation was alright, fair for the price. Staff was EXCELLENT, i'm sorry i can't remember the name of the guy at the reception, who also cooked our breakfast, but he was really nice and friendly, explained everything and kindly gave us all the information and help we needed as it was our 1st stay in that area. Many thanks.

I enjoyed my stay at Pay and Sleep Heathrow. Great value for money. The staff were helpful and polite and rooms were clean.
