Good location, basic room but that was what we wanted, great breakfast, highly recommend, very helpful staff

A scary place with narrow passages and stairs leading to a padlocked fire escape. Accommodation OK but noises of other occupants easily heard. "Dining room" primitive,(long tables with bench seats)

We chose this establishment because of 1)location - by Railway station 2)ease of travelling to and From Heathrow 3)Price. We realised that this wasn't the Ritz! What could be expected with such a extremely reasonable price - all we required was somewhere to put our heads down at night. The linen was clean and white and we were satisfied because of the price. The "fittings" were VERY basic

I found the place so easy to find, right outside Southall train station so its easy to get to central London. The room was clean with a shower, all for £30 a night.

I recently visited your hotel in London and was grateful and impressed by how helpful and friendly your staff were. My disabled mother was assisted in finding a room that suited her movement abilities and there was a personal touch to the service. I will be looking forward to my next stay here in London.

Staff were generally helpful, room was reasonably clean, close to Southall train station and so easy to get to from central London, good value for money.

Pay and Sleep Hotel is cheap and good for sleep.

The service was ok and the staff was helpful. They didn't clean our room at all, and the entire hostel was pretty dirty. Our room was a double and we had TV and a nice wardrobe. The bathroom was inside the room. The room was very nice except for the bathroom, which hadn't been well cleaned before we arrived. The location is rather good: 15 mins by train to London Paddington Station. The breakfast was ok: eggs, beans and toast.

Ok this is going to be the jist of my review: DO NOT STAY HERE. Let's go through it: I was appalled when someone who had the code to my room walked in on me changing. The water had a bad odour. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have a quiet sleep in that hotel as not only is the noise from outside very LOUD, people are CONSTANTLY walking through the corridors. If you are with your girlfriend, do not take her there, as the beds are VERY noisy and not comfortable AT ALL. There is not ONE REASON someone should stay at this hotel as if you book a Travelodge hotel you’d have to book 2 weeks prior for LESS than this. We were only here as it was a last minute plan. We were so disgusted by the whole place we left and found a friends place to stay in. DO NOT COME HERE.

The room was clean enough, though the taps on the sink didn't reach properly and we got very wet when washing hands etc. Extremely noisy people banging through the corridors all night. Bathrooms really dirty, avoided like the plague.. Wish I'd payed more and stayed somewhere else! Only redeeming factor is close proximity to train station and great Indian food.
