No soap in bathroom, which was a nuisance. Bed comfortable

At the Osterly Park Hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room warm. Only downside the was shower not working properly so had to use bath.

The Osterley Park Hotel room was pleasant, the sheets clean and generally nice. No drunken loud noises. Only Complaints: - controlling shower temperature took a long time to work out. Shower generally was not nice. -Toliet was hard to flush. - Constant noise of generator could be heard during the night.

I enjoyed my stay, clean bedrom and bathroom, food was good quality and the people running the hotel were all very nice! Thankyou guys and I will reccommend Osterley Park Hotel to my friends

Osterley Park Hotel was a good place to be, easy to go to the city center by bus or tube. The hotel is cleaned (even if it looks a little bit old) and the people kind. The only thing I didn't apprecciate was the heat in the bedroom, much too warm! I'll go back there if I need

The Osterley Park Hotel was clean and suited our purposes. Just seemed a bit tired and basic. Needs a lick of paint here and there. All staff, without exception, were helpful, pleasant and professional.

Very pleased with the standard of the room at Osterley Park Hotel. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings, despite being so close to a main A-road. Good facilities eg TV and kettle

The Hotel has seen better days. The room was clean with integral bath/shower and toilet. Although 3 star rated the evidence of changes to room locks and work inside rooms is clear with finishing not the best. This continues in the hotel bar and restaurant whose wear and tear from constant use and failure to keep sufficiently decorated leave a down-at-heel feel. But probably ok for the price

The price I paid was very good for room only and the room was fine

My husband and I spent a weekend at the Osterley Park Hotel. It wasn't very luxury and modern but it was alright. It's the sort of place I would prefer with a group of mates rather than a romantic weekend but thanks anyway! For the price I can't complain!
