Absolutely fantastic hotel!!! Me and my sister came to London for a night out and osterley park hotel was in a perfect location, minutes walk to the tube. The staff were more than friendly and helpful, special thank you to the male (evening) and female (morning) receptionists who were so willing to help with us getting around London cheaply and conveniently!! The room had everything we needed, and was so clean. So cheap and a great place to stay!! With Indian restaurant and pub on site :) highly recommended, thank you so much we will be returning when we are next in London! Tash and ruby x x x

Absolutely rubbish hotel, my bed ws broken, poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I have made an official complaint to the hotel as I felt the quality was poor.

We had a lovely stay the Osterley Park Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also had a meal from the Indian resterant attached to the hotel which was beautiful compliments to the chef. If we ever stayt in London again we will definitely stay at Osterley Park Hotel again

Thought that Osterley Park Hotel was very warm and welcoming, the room was in a nice clean state and the beds were comfy. Great value for money

Excellent value for our stay to visit family

Overall it was okay…nothing to Wow you …I was hoping to be wowed. The hot water was strange and super hot but no pressure. An Airport shuttle would have been nice. The rooms were clean…although the left overs from previous guest were a bit odd. Biggest complaint went to breakfast and the room was in a shambles from the wedding the night before. Wont book this next time, which is sad as the place has such potential and character it could be spectacular.

OSterley Park Hotel was a decent place to stay. The rate was great. Close and convenient to the city and tube. The staff was very helpful and had great knowledge of the public transportation. The bed wasn't very comfortable but you get what you pay for. It was clean and some updates in the bathroom

Hotel room dingy and dull; needs brightening up. Comfy bed though and lovely staff.

Very warm welcome, friendly service throughout our stay, thoughtfully equipped rooms make for a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff very helpful always with a genuine smile helping even the most demanding guests like us. Well done - we'll visit Osterley Park Hotel again shortly
