We were looking for a Hotel close to the tube, in the West End, cleaned and efficient. Lexham Gardens Hotel confirmed our expectations. Reception staff was always at our disposal

I paid extra for an ensuite but there was no hot water during my stay. I mentioned it to front desk when I checked out, but no apology was given. I imagine it was probably a one off and the hotel was reasonably priced in a decent location.

Lexham Gardens Hotel was very easy to find from Earls Court. The room was bright and very clean including the bathroom. There was a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and basic toiletries which was nice. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel instead of carrying them even though we had checked out. The only downside to our one night stay was the shower water temperature which was cold

Although the room at Lexham Gardens Hotel was on the small side, even for a single, it was comfortable and adequate. Free wifi would have been nice

A really well presented building on a nice street in a really cool area. The single room is very, very small and the bathroom tiny. Literally knees touching shower wall when on the loo. But Lexham Gardens Hotel was nice and clean and suited my stay, which was rarely needing to be in the room except to sleep

Room was very small, however everything worked and was clean but the lamp shade was ripped. Breakfast was very disappointing not much choice of cereals, no yoghurts, or pastries. A continental breakfast certainly wasn't provided.

Shower in my room had low water pressure and at best is tepid. Cooked food at breakfast was also cool. Some staff where good as they held laptop/ iPad and kindle safe and printed map to help with directions. I phoned hotel after booking the next day to request early check in and I was told this was fine but in reality this meant we could leave our bags at reception and return at allocated check in time.

Would return again - very good location in the heart of Earl's Court for business and for tourists and within 3 to 5 minutes from the Piccadilly Underground Line tube/train station and many restaurants, pubs, shopping, convenience stores and tourist attractions only minutes away.

Attractive exterior and interior, clean and upgraded rooms (where I lodged), WiFi in rooms, with good speed and bandwidth. Exceptional staff and service (Giorgio and Elena were outstanding)! There was not a question asked relative to tourist spots, gym, restaurants & pubs, a barber, other stores, with specific maps, directions, names and phone numbers quickly provided, along with knowledgeable and friendly recommendations. If even a small issue, staff and/or management were exceptional with helping.

Lexham offers what most business and tourist travelers require. Management’s attention to detail is reflected throughout its staff, including house keeping and dining staff and in a word, notable and while there are hundreds, perhaps several thousand hotels throughout London, the Lexham Gardens Hotel I think, while not perfect, has distinguished itself among it’s peers and beyond. In 25 years of travel, I’ve submitted only one or two references/commendations for hotel lodgings, but the staff/service was worth the time spent writing this note

I enjoyed my stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a generous size and very clean. The bathroom facilities were spotless with plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast In the morning was plentiful with hot boiled eggs, baked beans and toast as well as cereals and a selection of fruit. I enjoyed the fact that breakfast was available till 10 o'clock
