Perfectly adequate for the cost of the room. In an ideal world we'd have liked a mattress cover but otherwise the room was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked having the ability to provide our own breakfast and the means to prepare it. We would use the hotel again

This place was good value. Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, although the walls are a bit worn. However, this was offset by the excellent location; the house is really close to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station is only 5 mins walk away. I can recommend it to anyone who's price sensitive but doesn't want to have to make too many trade-offs.
