More of a one star than two star B&B. Great location, but the room was very ordinary. Attic room with slanted floor and smelly bathroom. I have stayed in another one star B&B in Victoria for less money and in better condition than the Hanover

Pros: central, near Victoria Coach Station, affordable. Cons: unfriendly receptionist, room isn't very clean - there's hair left on the carpet by previous occupant, horrible breakfast. Will not return again

Very good location, very close to Victoria Coach Station. Polite staff. You got what you paid for! Overall The Hanover Hotel London did the job

The Hanover Hotel London is a nice place to stay for those who just want to stay for a few days to see London, as the location in very good, hotel is clean, only thing is that the rooms are very small, but the hotel is clean and other positive point about is that the staff is great, very helpful

The hotel was clean and the room we had was en-suite. It was further from the station than we had been led to believe and a lift would have been appreciated as we were on the top floor 86 stairs up and 93 down to breakfast. The service however was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

When I arrived the toilet in my room was running so I was moved into a different room straight away. Apart from the fact that my room was very small, everything else was good. Staff were friendly and tried to help all the time.

Very basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast with flakes and toast, not quite a great start to the day

The Hanover Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, a clean hotel in the area we wanted and we were very happy with it and would stay there again. The hotel was clean, everything worked and the staff were very helpful, what else do you need in a hotel? The only minus point was the lack of lift, we had a 10 month old baby, and because we needed a family room and we didn't check in until early evening, they were 3 floors up but we were only staying 1 night so it wasn't the end of the world

Hanover Hotel London was clean and tidy and therefore all you would expect from a budget hotel. The room had all the essentials - tea/coffee, television and 24 hour reception. It was located just a 5 minute walk from Victoria station, so easily accessible to central London.
