Great! Perfect location. A bit long walk to the tube but in the very nice residential area. Very quiet and feels very safe. Definitely will be coming back to Hampstead Rooms each week until summer ends. Did not have a breakfast as did not have a time but it's a great value. Loved it! Bathroom is integrated with the toilet and very close to the room, again very clean. The room was cleaned one a day. Respect. Did not need to be but nice feeling when you come back after long hard day in the office to the clean room. Overall - great experience

Welcoming staff and pleasant ambience at Hampstead Rooms. It is a good place to stay: it's clean and has a well equipped laundry area; breakfast too is good. Some cutlery and cups in the self-catering/kitchen area would be a very useful addition though

Nice room and location for the price. The front desk at Hampstead Rooms is very helpful and the room is very basic but big enough and clean. The breakfast is really good as well. The only big negative is that is it not close to a subway stop. If you know the bus system pretty well you can take the bus from a nearby stop to a point closer to the residence, otherwise you are in for a really long trek

Very cheap London accomodation, very clean, brilliant wifi. Noisey from people not knowing how to close doors properly! Security very helpful

Good budget place to stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily. There are a number of different buildings so not all rooms are the same. I changed rooms as I extended my stay. The first was quite small but the other was really large and more modern. The breakfast was great. They were very generous with toast and a choice of croissants, waffles or pastries. Also, cereal, ham, cheese, juice and tea/coffee. The location was fine for travel around London. The residence is in a quiet residential area but very close to main roads and public transport. I found the best tube was West Hampstead tube as it was a pleasant 15 min walk from the residence through an area with supermarkets, cafes etc. Also, there was an overground station there. Most of the time, I caught the bus into central London as it was only 5 mins away from the residence and only took 25 mins. The only negative was not having full use of the kitchens. However, you could use the fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle

Good value if you can cope with no frills. The room was small with occasionally noisy plumbing and building renovations underway to the block next door. However decent neighbourhood and nearby transport links

Great value for a London location and breakfast is included! The room was spacious and clean. A slight negative was the saggy bed. A great choice for a restricted budget

A very comfortable stay. Lovely area, helpful staff, clean room and satisfying breakfast. Would have liked a slightly thicker pillow, but that's probably my age

Great place, immaculate and great breakfast. Straight on the 113 or 82 bus to central London. Would recommend
