Very good service especially as I had left my mobile in our room when I checked out. On my return after discovering I had forgotten it the receptionist had it safely in an envelope in reception awaiting collection. Thank you so much that was much appreciated. One fault only could we find and that is the cartpets, they are very worn and 'tired'. We enjoyed our stay, everyone was nice and friendly and helpful

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Good location for Paddington Station particularly with early morning start. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and hotel had nice facilities

The hotel was easy to find when we arrived at Paddington. When we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful and although the room was a little small the customer service was brilliant and I can't complain for the price I paid. The hotel all in all was lovely as were the hotel staff. My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going there again. Very nice especially for the price, obviously don't expect the Ritz! Rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfy. Toilet was clean and had soap, shampoo etc. provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a few minutes walk from food and station so very convenient if you are just looking for a cheap hotel

The hotel is very well situated, close to the underground and many bus stations. Nice people, very welcoming. Very clean. Room and bathroom are well furnished - possibility to have tea or coffee with hot water in the room was especially appreciated

Fairly small (but quite adequate) bedroom and good bathroom. Everything clean and functioning. Pleasant staff

The rooms are basic, however the location is great and most importantly the hotel is clean. Great value for money

Our 1st stay, will not be our last. Location is excellent,reception is efficient,breakfast staff were over stretched a choice of cooked or continental IS available just get a voucher at reception desk each morning.Our room 227 to the front had a miniscule bathroom but it sufficed. Floor covering rather shabby and a few broken floor boards. Bed linen and shower towels were clean. As with most hotel tv's ours was hit or miss. First night we took dinner it was excellent.I'd say breakfast time is when the complaints were made, not enough tables/cutlery/plates and a slow toaster.....otherwise good value for a London location. General area is very acceptable

Lovely hotel!!! Staff were very helpful and kind. Stayed on the top floor for two days. Very private. Room was just right for me and my partner. Located in a lovely area of London. Not far from the local tube station and many of the main attractions in London. We were very happy and would gladly stay again.
