Flew over from Scotland for a Kamelot gig. I wasn't expecting a fancy room since we were paying a very reasonable price for the centre of london. When we arrived we were given our room key, we were on the top floor (quite a climb!) so we made our way up to drop our things off. First thing I noticed was the size of the room, it was very cosy. We were also given some towels, stuff for making coffee/tea and a bathroom. Room was clean, bed was comfier than any other bed i've slept in whilst in a hotel and the staff were quite friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, better than citizen M's I'd even say (which is a pricey hotel chain). I knocked a point from my score as there were only 2 plugs in the room (at the foot of the bed) so there wasn't much room for electrical devices to be active and the shower was fine but would of been great with a higher pressure shower head. Fitzroy Hotel was basic which I expected. Very clean had all you needed in the room. Breakfast was nice. Staff were welcoming and very helpful

Fitzroy Hotel is in an excellent location, was clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was okay (eggs, meat, toast, cereal). Would be better fruit and yogurt also offered. I would stay here again
