We found it to be a really lovely little place, staff were so friendly and kind we didn't want to leave, great location right by the tube. Will definitely recommend and will 100% be returning

The location is good right next to Bethnal Green tube station but the exterior would cause a ghost hunter misgivings. They need to sort that out because it’s actually not bad on the inside for the price. It feels a bit cobbled together at the last minute but at least it’s clean and the rates are easily affordable for nearly anyone. I got a decent night’s sleep. The shared bathroom was quite spacious and surprisingly clean and though the rooms are small and very simple, they’re comfy and warm. I’d definitely book again for the two best reasons: price and location

City View Hotel London was ok, not too bad, good for the price

Was pleasantly surprised during our 5 night stay. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. Our room was 2nd. floor next to main road. Rather noisy but no great problem. Breakfast very good. Only slight problem was the very small room. The hotel gave value for money and we would book City View Hotel London again

City View Hotel London was clean, some rooms very noisy due to location next to train track, we asked to move room, man on reception was helpful, new room was much quieter! Bad points. No bacon??? (Chicken sausage)? No plugs available in baths or sinks? Not sure which charm school The lady who cooks breakfast went to? Overall ok for what we paid
