Pros: 1. Nice, talkative, friendly staff 2. Staff always ready and happy to help 3. Allowed you to store away some luggage while you're out 4. Staff were attentive 5. 5/5 for staff and services for the price I paid. Cons: 1. the closet/storage is a bit small and lacking. 2. the socket in the room was at an awkward place and only two were available. 3. it would have been better if the door didn't lock so quickly since I got locked out straight after but a woman in reception was happy to help. I know it was good for security but it's just my opinion. 4. if there were lockers/storage unit for showers since you could put your clothes inside the cube or on the walls/door. 5. could hear noise on the street at night when trying to sleep. I know it's in the heart of London, but it would a long way to making better night's. 6. Booking policy was a little harsh. Despite the minor things I disliked, it was good overall. I would book Carr-Saunders Hall again
