The accommodation was satisfactory considering its price. The staff were very pleasant, although I found their English a little difficult to understand. The room could have been cleaner, particularly the bedding. The towels were clean, however. There was an unusual odor in the room that I couldn't identify. The breakfast was also acceptable. The overall check-in process, parking, breakfast, finding the room, etc could benefit from more detailed explanations from the staff.

The room was exactly as expected - clean, comfortable, fuss free. The reception service was efficient and polite throughout. The breakfast arrangement may need rethinking as with larger organised groups, it means that the staff are extremely busy and may be unable to attend to the needs of other guests. When finally located, though, the staff were polite, helpful and quick and the breakfast was fine, as well.

Stayed at Boston Manor Hotel for a Saturday night, with parking, and at an excellent price including full English breakfast. Arrived early on Saturday and was immediately allocated my comfortable room for a small extra payment. Breakfasts were both excellent. From the hotel there are buses to the Underground. The service at this family owned hotel was perfect

Polite staff, comfortable beds and I had a good night at Boston Manor Hotel. I would say they should add more to the English breakfast and possibly add room service

Before we booked I saw the negative reviews but booked anyway as we really needed to find accommodation. Ok, so the decor isn't great and the toilet seat was loose etc, but I am glad we stayed there. The rooms we had were big, the bathroom was big enough. Clean towels and cleaned while we were out. The bed was comfortable and big! Everything worked, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast (included) was good and the evening meal we had was lush. They serve food til 10. There's parking as well! We were very comfortable there. If you want a budget hotel with breakfast in Ealing this is good in our opinion. After all, it's just somewhere to sleep etc. We were pleasantly surprised with Boston Manor Hotel

Boston Manor Hotel is a nice place, good rooms. The staff was really helpful when asked any questions both before arriving and while staying there. Breakfast was good, a bit crowded at some points, but thats just a minor thing

Very mice clean, and affordable London hotel located close to Boston Manor Tube Station. The staff are very friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend this place
