Staff kind and considerate, helpful at all times. Room was spacious and looks alright. 

This hotel was clean, friendly and accommodating. The room fans were very welcome and the beds comfortable. The food was reasonable with good service. Free parking appreciated.  Not bad for a budget friendly hotel in London.

This is our fourth visit to Boston Manor Hotel. We have always been pleased with the facilities; the rooms are large, clean and airy with plenty of hot water and facilities for making hot drinks. Breakfast is plentiful and above all, the staff are extremely friendly and polite. Free parking is also a bonus. This time we had an Indian meal in the restaurant, which was delicious, and the staff were happy to pack up the leftovers and store in the fridge overnight so we could take it home the next day. Highly recommended.
