Stay at Best Western Ilford Hotel was very enjoyable, staff helpful and breakfast very good, location may not be the best but room was clean and comfortable

Couldn't have wished for a more suitable place to stay than at Best Western Ilford Hotel. Location good. Room excellent. Staff excellent. Only thing that really let us down was the Wifi, had trouble picking it up across the road in the second part of the hotel.

Even though was in the annex, breakfast was very good, staff helpful and was very quiet at night, no complaints, very enjoyable stay at Best Western Ilford Hotel

Very good stay at Best Western Ilford

Ideal place to stay at for a couple of days while visiting London - only 15 mins to London Liverpool Street.. Very close to the train station/ tube and a quiet area. The hotel itself is quite modern, refurbished and cozy even though the rooms and the bathrooms are not that large. Still, there's enough space to move around, they are clean and offer just about anything you expect from this kind of accommodation. Staff was very helpful as well, always in a good mood. Full English breakfast was included and was very hearty. Overall my fiancé and I were very satisfied

Great hotel, great staff, the room was a bit on the small side but it was cleaned every day, was very tidy and had everything we needed. There were loads of great options for breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is that breakfast could be serves to 10am everyday rather than just on the weekend. The hotel is also a 2 minute walk to Ilford train station which takes you direct to Liverpool Street station in about 10 minutes. From here, you can switch to the underground and travel to the heart of westminster and some of the main London attractions. Overal a great stay and we will be back in the near future

A very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful as we arrived early but our room was ready. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety of food to suit all tastes. The position Best Western Ilford is very good with plenty of places to eat in the evenings close by. The main line station to London is only a short walk away. Even though you are close to the main shopping centre, you are far enough away not to hear hardly any traffic noise at all. All in all a good place to stay will be staying here again
