The staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately we had a room with no window. So it was very dark and really no place to put your stuff. Breakfast I think could do better no bacon or did not cater for my gluten free diet. No tea or coffee in bedroom on a tray in the corridor and you have to use plastic cups. Your room is not cleaned or fresh towels unless you ask and then they are more than willing to provide some. Otherwise the Best Inn Hotel was ok
