Nice hotel in London close to train station. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from. Room cleaned every day. Would definitely book Best Western Greater London Ilford again

This London hotel was more than what I expected for a three star hotel. The hotel was modern and close to Ilford Train Station. The room was very clean and well maintained. We had a room at back of the hotel so noise from the high street wasn't an issue. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were a bit grumpy though and never smiled. The breakfast stopped at 9:30am, which to us was very early. I would definitely book Best Western Greater London Ilford again if visiting London

Not many amenities in the area. The room was small, breakfast was simple and the wifi was switched off late at night.

The room was small and the bathroom smelled. Fire alarm went off during the night too. Breakfast was very basic
