Everything was good at Banks Hotel. Except for the part where I had to pay a cash deposit that I had no clue of. I had to walk to the town to find an ATM machine and get the cash

Great hotel and ran by very nice staff. Good amenities in the local area and just a short train journey into the centre of London. All in all enjoyed my stay at Banks Hotel in Ilford very much, would book again.

Booked a single room at Banks Hotel. Very small nowhere to hang any clothes but very clean, en -suite ( which is where I suppose the space for a wardrobe went) shower head needed a cable tie to keep it at head height but coffee tea (no spoon)and soap with clean towels. Clean contractors hotel

Very welcoming. Room was quite neat and tidy, we really enjoyed our time at Banks Hotel

Very disappointing stay. Shampoo was not provided, the room was very small and the floor was dirty. I was only given two towels and there was no hair dryer in my room.

The room was pretty simple, bed sheets were clean. However, the room was very small and the receptionist on the phone was quite offensive and hard to understand. Furthermore, the shower was very dirty and the room had a musty smell.

My bed was comfortable, I had a big room. Banks Hotel is in a good location and offers a good breakfast too
