Check in and out was easy. Room was nicely decorated however it was the size of a shoe box for a twin room, having to climb over one bed to get to another. I am happy we got a discount price.

Radiator cover was not fastened on the wall and rocked, plus I had to change the temperature to sleep. Obviously London is a busy place and there was quite a lot of street noise on the 5th Floor and the church chiming every hour did not help either.

Shower room was very nicely decorated although the water pressure was rubbish (just a trickle), they were having some work done in the hotel with the water so this may have been a contributor, however the length of time the hot water was off for should have been pre notified to customers. Would I stay there again? On a cheap deal only

Although the decor at Ambassadors Hotel London was a bit archaic, the staff were lovely and friendly. My double room was really spacious and the shower was very powerful

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington hotel.  The staff were very friendly.  It was ideal for a London visit, we will be back next year. Thank You.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was good value for money and was in a great location. My room was small but I was expecting that for a London hotel, but it was clean! Nice friendly staff and if I ever come back to London I would book this hotel again.

When I stayed in the Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington a couple of weekends ago, we were pleasantly surprised about the location and the exterior of the hotel, but the rooms were a little bit small. Not uncomfortable but could do with a bit of extra floor space

It was the worst hotel we have ever seen. Small, stuffy smelly rooms. Lousy called breakfast. I will never recommend it to anyone

Staff were accommodating and attentive. A big plus was we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception, during the day while awaiting our check in time. The room was comfortable and clean - we slept 3 adults. We did find it got very hot as the window would only open a few inches. The bathroom needs some serious maintenance - the shower head holder was broken and the plug drained very slowly, tiles were chipped and paint peeling around the door posts. The hotel is situated very close to the Underground and near some very good restaurants and supermarkets. The cooked breakfast was good - on the whole a very good experience!

The reception was very modern and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was small for 2 occupants. The bathroom needed a facelift .The bathroom door hit the sink when opening.
