Hotel room was clean. It was a kind of a shock that there was no window. Pilar near the bed in room not very convenient especially for older people. Rooms noisy because of lift. Breakfast good, staff friendly at Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington

Ambassadors hotel had good services and good reception, clean room and was comfortable.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Ambassador Hotel London Kensington. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub and I was given that The staff are all polite and helpful and the free breakfast was delicious. The hotel was close to Green Park Tube Station and supermarkets. The internet connection needs to be much steady and fast but other than that it was a great stay. Good Location, close to public transportation, museums and clean.But the single room was tiny maybe that is the reason for not showing out in the picture, and low quality bed. Overall, Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington is a good place to stay if you just looking for a place to stay for night

Some small points: Shower difficult to adjust temperature. Mirror not well lit. Room very small with minimal storage. But, excellent location, good service. So, Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington is generally good value for money

Only good stuff to say about this hotel. Clean, spacious (which I wasn’t expecting), staff are cool and the best bit is the fantastic location. South Ken is quite a posh place and I felt like I was punching above my weight for hotel quality. Would definitely book again
