This hotel in London was clean, the only problem was no elevators! But otherwise it was a great location and very comfortable
Pleasant and good value for money. Will book St Mark Hotel again
Great location for museums, Harrods and if you don't mind the walk Buckingham Palace too. The room was small but had everything you need, we were on the top floor and the stairs were a killer after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast room could do with being bigger too but all in all a good stay at St Mark Hotel London
Hotel was scruffy and needs a refurbishment. The hallway smelled of chemicals, the toilet leaked, some of the facilities were broken and we were not given any help with given us a late breakfast as we arrived late.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room we stayed in was in the basement so was a bit dark and very very small, but it was more than adequate for a weekend break to London. Bathroom was superb, very clean and up to date. TV only played foreign channels which wasn't the best but again, St Mark Hotel London was adequate for a weekend stay
