Good location, clean and Desk Clerk very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
It is not the best hotel I have stayed in but it was fine. The room was quite small and I didn’t have much space. My bed was very old I think so it was dipped in the middle so I could not sleep properly, and this is I think quite important for a hotel to get right. But it was clean and the staff is nice and warm. Breakfast was simple but nice and at least I did not pay for it! I will stay again because the location is very convenient
My stay at Kings Cross Hotel London was very enjoyable. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. I would give 5 out of 5 for their Customer Service. The room was basic and small but clean and we were lucky to have a back door key to go into a yard. As my partner and I smoke, this was very handy. The breakfast could have been better but overall like I have stated a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again
Kings Cross Hotel London was clean and adequate for our one night stay close to the station. Staff were very helpful
Only stayed one night, so facilities were good just to rest your head at night. The room was very small but had its own shower and toilet which wasn't shared unlike some of the rooms and breakfast included fresh juice, teas and coffees toast, eggs and beans and make your own cereal which was cooked lovely. The staff were very nice and everything was clean and tidy. The only few points were that the hall way going into the hotel where the reception is, was very narrow and hard to get through with lots of bags. Also when you left the hotel to go out somewhere you had to leave your key to the room at reception which was understandable but I was a bit worried as my items were then not secure as anybody could enter my room. Lastly when we arrived back that night the front door was locked and it took about 5 minutes to get inside and we were very cold. But overall Kings Cross Hotel LOndon was good enough for a nights stay to rest our heads but wouldn't stay more than a night because it is too small and basic
