Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Kings Cross Hotel London. Room was lovely. Better than expected considering the price we paid - excellent value for money. Everything was clean and fresh. Cannot thank the staff enough they were warm welcoming and lovely. Went out of their way to help/accommodate us. All staff/the customer service was outstanding an due to all the factors mentioned above, I would definitely return. Highly recommend

I felt the breakfast was basic and was given a small portion.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the room was very clean, and the front reception was very helpful. However, the quality of our room was not great. The toilet seat was broken, the door hook was hanging loosely and the room was unbearably hot. I would suggest ceiling fans or stand up fans to make up for the no a/c. The door to the room was also thin.

Perfect for what I was looking for clean tidy and pleasant. Definitely would book Kings Cross Hotel again

3 out of 5 rating. No cups one night. Cold shower one night. Need extra pillows. Great location.

Room space & facilities were sufficient and the breakfast was a fair standard. Information desk was friendly with courteous service. I would like to book again if I ever come to visit London again.

We recently stayed at the Kings Cross Hotel London. We found our room was very comfortable, ensuite was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, with TV and mini-fridge. Add to this very polite staff. Breakfast served between 8am-10am was perfect for us. Our only minor complaint would be for the breakfast to be a bit more varied. This could be rectified easily. We will be visiting London next year and if possible we will stay at the Kings Cross Hotel again.

They accommodated my wheelchair as best they could, but it had to folded to move from hotel reception to our room. There were two steps up from street level and two steps down from Reception to our room. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Room (double bed) was cramped but clean and adequate for our single overnight stay. Breakfast room opened at 8am but we had to leave by 7am so are unable to rate it
