At West Two Hostel London you can cook a meal or make a snack in the shared kitchen, chill out in the TV lounge or email home via wireless internet access. It was well situated in Queensway. Easy to go everywhere. There was firs very noisy nights when people are going in and out of room, but it was better in the end. There was some mess toilets, they were full of toilet paper everywhere and they were flooding. It was so disgusting. It happened several times, but staff went to take care them straight away. Nice there was that they are offering free coffee and tea in their kitchen all day. And you can cook your own food. When I was leaving, I didn't have anymore credit in prepaid telephone card, staff wasn't helpful, I asked them to call for me for taxi company to make sure they are coming. They didn't want to, and said its private company. This made me feel really disapointted. Generally outlook was old. But at this time they are replacing new carpet and some painting of walls

The West Two Hostel London was quite possibly the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. There was one shower per floor, the entire place was unclean. The pictures on the website were completely misleading.
