I am surprised that this place can call itself a hotel and charge these prices for the accommodation they provide. The heating was never on which made the rooms very cold, the extra bed covers given to us when we asked for them (as it was so cold) looked like they needed a good wash. The ‘en-suite bathroom' is a box added to the room with a shower, toilet and washbasin in it that you can't turn around in, the exhaust fan didn't work so the whole room had a damp smell about it, the wooden 'bathroom' door would not close as it had warped from being wet from the shower. The communal bathroom shower was covered in mould and the toilet did not flush. I have had a laugh at the facilities listed against this hotel as I certainly did not encounter any of them. The staff were pleasant and tried to help in whatever way they could but we checked out early as there was nothing that could be done to fix the condition of the premises. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The rooms were small & the cupboard doors were broken. No reception area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall good value considering the location

I spent 3 nights at Belgravia Hotel and in general I wasn't very impressed. The location is good, the hotel is clean but for this price I definitely expected something better. Our bathroom was I think smaller than a toilet on a plane so if someone was quite big I would wish him really good luck with that bathroom. They could also switch on the heating from time to time because it was really freezing. There was also no wardrobe so we had to keep all our belongings on the bed or in a suitcase. To cut the long story short I wouldn't recommend this hotel, definitely not for a longer stay.

Totally over-priced for the accommodation - very small room with ridiculously small en-suite facilities. The web site implied that smoking was allowed in the room (which was one reason why we chose it), only to be informed after we’d paid in full on arrival, that wasn’t the case. The subtle room lighting boasted a bed-side lamp on the floor because there was no where else to put it. I wouldn’t go there again unless I wanted to throw money away, or I was an idiot - although the comments in the guest-book in the lobby are hilarious and worth just popping in to read if you have an idle fifteen minutes or so.
