I am very happy for visiting the Kensington Studios hotel. I am surely satisfied.
The Kensington Studios is alright for the price, which is cheap and was what attracted me in the first place. It’s quite modern but a lot of it looks a bit hastily put together. The location’s good. It’s a quiet part of town and there are a lot of good amenities really nearby – especially the Kensington Olympia. Free internet everywhere and free for kids which was great for me and my wife. A little bit pokey for somewhere saying they offer studios, but for the price, like I say, it was a fair deal.
On first inspection the room looked modern and clean however on closer inspection there were quite a few things that were broken (bottom drawer of bedside cabinet) phone cable hanging out the wall TV lopsided. There were no instructions as to how to operate the air conditioning or open the windows fully (managed to work it out for the windows but none the wiser about the air con) also seemed to be lack of information on fire escapes (there didn't seem to be one). The Kensington Studios is in an excellent location as I was visiting Olympia the next day
Kensington Studios is very good, in an ideal location and above all the service was excellent. It was indeed a good value for money
Studio was not big enough for two people and floor boards squeaked a lot.
