I have stayed at Spring Park Hotel three and it is what it says it is: 'budget rooms'. It is somewhere to lay your head at reasonable prices. I arrived this time and was put in a room I was not happy with, so I expressed this to the receiptionist and the next day I was moved to a nicier room. Can't complain...pleasant staff and patient cleaners :D Overall: Good

Spring Park Hotel is in an excellent location and makes everywhere really accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are clean they could do with painting - little shabby around the edges.

Spring Park Hotel is very basic and in need of repairs in all areas but its cheap clean and safe. If you are out for a night out with the lads its perfect! I was happy enough but am easy pleased

Brilliant location, mins away from Manor House tube. Stayed at this hotel for a midweek Arsenal game and would book it again. Room small and basic but clean enough, windows could do with a clean and the radiator was too hot! Fine if you literally want a cheap crash pad for the night.

I was disappointed by the Spring Park Hotel in London. The only positive is that it is very close to the tube.

This hotel has a loud bar / nightclub which stays open till 3am! Clean room and friendly staff, but not so great if you want to get an early night!

| For this price i expected a really lousy and dirty hotel. But in fact, it was very okay for it's price. Disadvantages: 1)the late night bar downstairs is REALLY noisy. Bring some earplugs 2) the whole hotel could use some redecorating. 3) you don't want to touch the blinds. Advantages: 1) it is clean. I had a room with shared bathroom, but wc/shower were clean and worked properly. 2) the staff is friendly. I could check in earlier than 2 pm and check out later than 11, no problem. Also you could stash your luggage their on your checkout day. 3)Transportation possibilities are endless. Manor House tube station is a 3 minute walk. Busstops everywhere.
All in all i thought it was a decent hotel considering it's low prices. I have had much worse experiences in London which were more expensive. Good job done, Spring Park Hotel! |

Spring Park Hotel was a basic hotel. Shower facilities and beds could have been better but then the price was very budget like for London. May be the price can be a bit more if the Shower and Beds are better.. Was nice anyway.. thanks

Spring Park Hotel was a good place to find at short notice - it was clean, friendly, and well-maintained. And the ability to park your car at the back is really handy. My only criticism is about things that weren't really within their control - the road below was very noisy, and on the last night I was there, the people in the room next to me were noisy too. But I suppose that's London-on-a-budget ...

Very basic facilities provided at Spring Park Hotel. The TV in one room wouldn't work, no plugs in either the sink in the bedrooms or the bathrooms. The disco below played music till 3am. The staff friendly and the breakfast fine. Near to Manor House tube.

The Spring Park Hotel is exactly as it says and is suitable for a budget stay. The staff were really friendly. The private car park was a bonus. Breakfast was fine with a choice of cereal, fruit juice, toast and full english or any combination. The park opposite is lovely and we fed the squirrels every morning. The transport is brilliant from this area. The down side is that the rooms are a little run down and the club below can be noisy, but then so were we one night in the reception with a group of friends who were made very welcome. We had clean towels every day. Would stay at Spring Park Hotel again.

I stayed in a single room at Spring Park Hotel for two nights and for the money i paid, I was very happy with the hotel. Breakfast was minimal but as you would expect at a budget hotel. I even lost my room key and had this replaced without any fuss.

The bar in the basement is noisy if you stay on the ground floor. It's not a bad hotel but you can certainly find a better one in London - there are lots of better ones on this Travelstay website.

Very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute walk from the Manor House tube station. 2 minute walk from bus station. Clean, cheap and provides all necessary facilities in room including tv etc.

The following review is given by a person who works in the hotel industry. I've been the front desk manager at a 95 room hotel in Northern New York for some time now. I am providing for you my honest opinion of this establishment as both a guest and a member of the hospitality industry. I stayed at the Spring Park Hotel for three months while studying film in London from March to June 2005. From day one I was taken care of by a staff that would bend over backwards to ensure that I had the best stay possible. The Spring Park hotel does not try to be anything more than it already is: a basic, safe affordable place with ok transport links and a park directly across the street.

Hotel was good described in finding, 2 minutes away from Picadilly Line. Nice staff, room was not so great. The breakfast was ok, certainly clean there. Before I moved out, I had to step the whole day over a hoover which has been left in front of my door. Apparently the cleaning staff did not bother to put things away until the next day. Otherwise fair for the price. Sincerely, Mrs Juergens

Hotel was very basic but was clean. However it is in much need of refurbishment ie. decorating and the breakfast was poor. Wouldn't recomend - there are lots of other cheap hotels in london to choose from on travelstay.
