Once again, we had a wonderful stay in So London Apartments. Everything was perfect, staff are so helpful and nice. Very conveniently located, perfect stay, I highly recommend this place.

When we arrived at Hammersmith we did walk past the apartments many times as the directions were misleading. When we arrived we were told we were being moved to their sister apartments over the other side of London in Kilburn due to a flood. Soaking wet, tierd, two kids in tow, we were put into a taxi and taken to Kilburn. On arrival the staff were very friendly and due to my mood not being the greatest I was pleased by the way the staff handled us. We were upgraded and had the choice of staying in Kilburn or one night in Kilburn and returning to Hammersmith. We checked out the location and worked out the underground and decided to stay. We had a brilliant time, we were in zone one and two whether it was Hammersmith or Kilburn. Loved the apartments, kitchen, toilets lounge and bedrooms were homely, heating in every room controlled personally and a 2 minute walk to the underground. We will be staying there again next time in London. Tesco Express right underneath and the pub on the corner was ideal for a swift half. Bus to Victoria takes 20 mins. A disappointing start but a brilliant finish. Thank-you and two kids aged ten and fourteen loved the apartments!!!

A wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean accomodation. Easy access to tube and good local shopping and eating out. Extreme cold weather would have made a little extra bedding good but the rooms were warm
