I thought Russell Square Hostel was adequate overall. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the kitchen but it was manageable

Russel Square hostel was pretty good, the staff were nice, the location in my opinion is perfect, we met some great people there and all in all didn't have any problems. My only suggestion is that you should fix the hair dryer in the mens bathroom.

Best London hostel I have ever been to! I can call myself a regular customer now as I come back with my students quite often. The staff is always helpful and smiling, you are not left alone there. Rooms, especially on the first floor are good and so are the bathrooms. Very well located place and I strongly recommend staying there

This hostel is not like most youth hostels which is good because there are not people up partying all the time and making lots of noise. The location is really great and I like the curtain for the beds it helps me sleep a lot. The showers were clean and that is very important and the price is good for the location. It was good for me because it was quite empty when I was staying there but I think it would also be good if it was busy because it is well maintained
