I've been there with my sister and a friend for three nights, and overall we've been very satisfied with this room. 1 point less because it was not that clean (some surfaces were a bit sticky and the floor had weird stains on it), there were only two small towels for 2 days (one day they brought some more - but we knew that beforehand and brought some along) and it was quite far to get to the city (about an hour to Oxford Circus - we also knew that beforehand) A remote would've also been nice, but only a minor note. A positive point to mention was that our room was huge, we've had enough space and the staff was friendly. It was rather quiet in the night, and the low price left us quite some left to use. If you're searching for a cheap, nice b&b and don't mind driving a bit longer, this is just the place to head for. We might consider staying there again

My experience at this hotel was devastating! We checked in only to get a room that was filthy and freezing cold! Luckily we got another room without any chair, bin or even a coat hanger. To make matters worse, the key we got could not open the door so everytime we went out we had to get someone to let us into our room. Plus no room service! Bar doesn't open on a Sunday although it was Valentines day! It was simply a waste of money!

Excellent clean room and good breakfast. Could have done with two bath towels, as we were two people. Also could have done with extra milk sachets for tea in room. Very good value for money!

This hotel is such good quality for the price that you pay. This is our 2nd stay here. We booked 2 quad rooms which were massive, spotless and modern. Seems like they have been recently refurbished. Staff are fine and efficient (although a smile from reception staff would be nice). We paid extra for the English breakfast which was hot, plentiful and delicious with a fast service. Very impressed with this hotel and would always choose this one each time we visit London

My experience was not so good. I didn't have a towel in my bathroom on the second day. Although there was a phone in the room, there was no telephone directory of how to contact reception or room service or anyone for assistance in my room
