The accommodation was good value for London and the location suited the purpose of my stay. The Hall was reasonably clean but the room and toilets needed redecorating - they probably get a lot of wear-and-tear during the University year. My only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was small and very hard.

Generally very good especially considering the price. Location not perfect, but handy bus links to tube station. A few rowdy tour groups were staying the same time as me, however, the staff spoke to them and they always stopped the racket before midnight. On site staff - office, catering, janitorial - were all very helpful. Overall very good considering the price

I really enjoyed my stay at Sir John Cass Hall. Definitely good value for money, with a breakfast buffet better than many hotels that I have seen in the UK. Everything was well provided for and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. This is budget no-frills London accommodation, you certainly wouldn't want to spend much time in your room as its kind of tiny, but if you're a traveller that's probably fine. Tesco round the corner is useful

Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but well laid out, and the breakfast is great. The only small drawback was the lack of a fan in this hot weather. The did get some in but not enough to go around.
