Hotel was good in terms of comfort and service. Rooms had everything you needed and staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately due to its position on a busy road, it was very noisy and, although the curtains were very dark, there was still a lot of light being let in at the top of the curtain rail making it very difficult to sleep

Mum and I have stayed at the Shaftesbury Piccadilly 6/7 times and find it to be very clean, comfortable, bright and an excellent base thats central to everything. Would not hesitate to use TravelStay again, no fuss and great value

Shaftesbury Piccadilly - it was kind of small, but however nice and tidy. Well furbished. Had everything we needed really. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A quick 10 min walk to the tube station. Nice local restaurants and shops
