Era un po’ piccolo, ma carino e pulito. Ben arredato. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Tutto il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Solo 10 min a piedi a passo veloce dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ristoranti e negozi nella zona molto carini.

Hotel was good in terms of comfort and service. Rooms had everything you needed and staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately due to its position on a busy road, it was very noisy and, although the curtains were very dark, there was still a lot of light being let in at the top of the curtain rail making it very difficult to sleep
Mum and I have stayed at the Shaftesbury Piccadilly 6/7 times and find it to be very clean, comfortable, bright and an excellent base thats central to everything. Would not hesitate to use TravelStay again, no fuss and great value
