My stay at the Royal Norfolk Hotel was an extremely pleasant one. I usually stay in 3-4 star hotels as a last resort but I will be returning to the Royal Norfolk Hotel. In terms of value for money it's great. It's right next to Paddington station and has a brilliant pub nearby. The English breakfast was just what I needed to set me up for the day too. I'm definitely coming back, see you soon!

Our second stay. Exactly same as last. Not the height of luxury but cheap and comfortable. "Dickens Tavern" adjoing a bonus! Breakfast bit meagre for full English, sausages ugh and mushrooms tasting of garlic, (same as last time). Lift still not working as last year

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Norfolk Hotel. It was perfect for us as budget travellers, other hotels in the area were charging twice as much for the same room type. We didn't mind that it was basic. Sure, there were a couple of little things that could be improved but for the price we really did not mind at all

Location = Amazing! I will stay here again just because it's so well located. Apart from that it's really just another cheap hotel that definitely needs doing up, but I'm not going to complain about it!

Royal Norfolk Hotel is a budget hotel, you can't expect more than what you get when you stay here. It is clean and the location is wonderful, in Paddington. Close for tourist attractions. We would stay here again

We were really impressed by the quality of the rooms and the breakfast room. Lovely and clean and also the location was close by to Paddington and the underground. Couldn't have wished for better

Our room faced the street, so it was a bit loud at night. The room and cupboard bathroom were extremely small, and there was hardly room to put down our suitcase. However, this is to be expected in a budget hotel in central London. On the upside, the receptionist was very nice, and the tube station was a one minute walk.

There is no way this is a 3 star hotel. Threadbear carpets and a very dirty headboard. I could carry on. Breakfast was good.
