The Royal Guest House is a great place, very clean. Great value for money and walking distance to Notting Hill and Portobello Market as well as Kensington. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Clean room, towels and shampoo welcome. Attic room, but cosy but small. OK for just 1 night, close to the Hammersmith Apollo. Didn't go for breakfast but heard it is good. Would book Royal Guest House 2 again if in that area
Myself and my partner stayed for one night at the Royal Guest House 2 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. The hotel was a 5min walk to the Empire where we were attending a concert and 5 mins walk from the tube. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the receptionist allowed us to use his printer and also let us a mobile phone charger! The double room was clean and spacious and breakfast was enjoyable. If we ever return to the area we will definitely book Royal Guest House 2 again.

Royal Guest House 2 is a lovely hotel in Central London, perfect for our stay. It was clean and fresh. Breakfast was great, only down side no bacon or sausages - but not the end of the world.
