Great location very close to Paddington tube station. Basic and a little old fashioned but fine if you are on a low budget and just need a bed for the night or too!

This hotel was in good location, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was basic but nice. The hotel was not overly clean and our basic room could only just about fit the bed in it. It was good for us as we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel room.

This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. We expected basic, not in need of condemning. The windows were broken (luckily it was fairly warm), the bathroom was full of mould, the toilet seat needed replacing, it smelt, I don't know where to stop/start. If we'd had more time we would have left and found another hotel. I wouldn't have stayed in the room with younger children than mine - it was a health hazard. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location great. We didn't waste our precious time in London complaining - all the other family rooms were full anyway.

Good location and price. Room was tiny but clean and staff friendly and helpful. The room that I had did include a shower and a sink even though it is advertised as shared bathroom. Bathroom was outside at the third level which was a bit of a drag since my room was at the fifth level. Breakfast was included and pretty good. All in all good value for the money.

It was my second stay at the hotel - towels changed and room kept clean on a daily basis. Staff ready to help and polite. I will choose the same hotel in future.

Nice, clean hotel situated in a good quiet location. Continental breakfast was good as well.

The staff were very friendly, and the room, although basic, was adequate for my needs as I was only there for a night.

A nice quiet spot, but not far from the main areas (we walked to Piccadilly Circus easily).Decoration a little tired, but nice and clean and cleaned daily. We asked for a twin room and got a double and a single bed, so plenty of room. Plenty of breakfast.

We had a cosy warm first floor en suite twin room. The washroom was a bit small but clean and fully functional. The ceiling light was a bit dim, but the reading lamps adequate. Buffet breakfast quite good. Just 2 minutes from Paddington Station. No hesitation in going there again.
