(2) Rooms way too small for a couple especially if you’re staying for 5 nights as we did. (3) Reception staff good but dining room staff as unfriendly and unhelpful as you could find. (4) Breakfast finishes at 9.30am sharp Monday to Friday with an extra half hour on Saturday and Sunday, if you arrive 2 minutes late you’re refused entry. While we were finishing our breakfast one morning at 9.45am we were reminded that the dining room was closed, in other words please finish. (5) Bar closes 11pm sharp even for residents and you are made very unwelcome while finishing a drink 10 minutes after. (6) The Mini Cab service they use was a rip off charging 8 on one occasion for less than a 2 mile trip, same trip in a black taxi was 5.50. Complained about this and fell on deaf ears. Ordered a cab one night for 7pm and arrived 7.35 with the lame excuse the first one sent broke down. (7) I give it 3 out of 10 as the rooms even though too small were clean and serviced well every morning. (8) Won’t be going back. MR.M Beaumont , British (10 August 08)   4 The Raglan Hotel is a modern hotel situated in a lovely central part of London. Breakfast is optional in your stay but well worth the extra, optional choice of paper left at your door and a delicious sushi bar well worth a try. The hotel staff are very well mannered and courteous but unfortunately sad to say from experience messages are not delivered which is a shame but anyhow great stay.
