I visited Queens Park Hotel, when I stayed in London before my trip to Cambridge. The hotel is very good. Thank you

I have some complains: The bathroom switch had an electrical shunt that is dangerous. The glasses weren't cleaned at all, even after I left them in the sink.

The Queens Park Hotel has a good reception, a functioning lift, a narrow corridor (typical in London), a clean room (single), minimal tea / coffee (1 tea bag), 1 coffee sachet, good clean en-suite, only one small soap bar (no extra), dripping shower tap, good lighting, easy to use TV / remote, reasonable channels, quiet at night (which was good), warm room (considering cold / icy night), good warm continental breakfast which was well laid out, clean tables and chairs, regular attending / cleaning, polite staff, no hassle at check-out.

Hotel very comfortable and warm, reception staff very obliging. Breakfast very good. The one complaint I have is that the room cleaner knocked at the door during the evening of the 8th Dec to ask if she had cleaned the room properly, she again knocked at our door at 9.45am on the day of our departure(9th Dec) to ask what time we were checking out as she was wanting to clean the room. She was just too much! Apart from her we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly book again when visiting London.

The Queens Park Hotel is in a great location. Helpful staff. Correct breakfast. However, the best bit was the room: comfortable, modern, very clean, great shower. Definitely, we will return to Queens Park Hotel and book again.
