What a rabbit warren, no hot water in your room . Towels only on request, cooked breakfast option of fried eggs only and baked beans. Staff not friendly or helpful

Dissapointing. Hot water was intermittent, leak in bathroom - advised staff on first day and was never rectified for duration of stay (5 nights) fire alarm was sounded on first day at 6am and no staff member responded. The cleaniness of the room was far from optimal. On a positive note - breakfast was good w/ friendly service and more than what you would expect from a hostel
