Dissapointing. Hot water was intermittent, leak in bathroom - advised staff on first day and was never rectified for duration of stay (5 nights) fire alarm was sounded on first day at 6am and no staff member responded. The cleaniness of the room was far from optimal. On a positive note - breakfast was good w/ friendly service and more than what you would expect from a hostel

A scary place with narrow passages and stairs leading to a padlocked fire escape. Accommodation OK but noises of other occupants easily heard. "Dining room" primitive,(long tables with bench seats)

We chose this establishment because of 1)location - by Railway station 2)ease of travelling to and From Heathrow 3)Price. We realised that this wasn't the Ritz! What could be expected with such a extremely reasonable price - all we required was somewhere to put our heads down at night. The linen was clean and white and we were satisfied because of the price. The "fittings" were VERY basic
