Apartment was excellent. Great location. Suggestions would be to provide some cleaning supplies, especially for the dish washer and perhaps some local information, eg. restaurants, supermarkets etc

Our apartment at Passfield Hall was well furnished and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our shower hose was damaged, but the person at the front desk was quick to have this replaced the following day

Great accommodation, great site - only criticism is its lack of minor equipment (I'd have expected a can opener!), though this was more than offset by its washing machine etc

Good size flat with good amenities. Secure. Good location. Clean. The problem is traffic noise during the night, as the bedrooms face onto the street.
